ABOUT BOXING SQUAD
BOXING SQUAD verbindet alle Menschen, die gerne Sport treiben!
Der Name ist spontan entstanden...
dann ging es los für eine kleine Freundesgruppe
T-Shirts zu drucken und diese zu verschenken.
Da der Name BOXING SQUAD so eine positive Wirkung auf alle hatte,
wurde eine Markeneintragung beantragt,
die vom Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt
abgelehnt wurde.
Dagegen wurde von uns, ohne Rechtsbeistand, Klage eingereicht,
vor Gericht verhandelt und gewonnen!
Ab diesen Zeitpunkt wurden sporadisch immer mal unterschiedliche Produkte hergestellt
und aus dem Kofferraum heraus verkauft.
(über 10 Jahre lang)
Nun gibt es diese Webseite und wir hoffen,
dass BOXING SQUAD die Allgemeinheit genau so begeistert, wie es uns begeistert hat!
Jeder Mensch soll sich mit BOXING SQUAD identifizieren können.
Denn es wird nicht nur im Ring oder Gym geboxt;
manchmal muss man sich auch durchs eigene Leben boxen...
Wir hoffen, dass alle mit unseren Artikeln zufrieden ist!

BOXING SQUAD brings together everyone who loves sports!
The name just came to us on the spot...
then we started printing and giving away these T-Shirts for a small group of friends.
Cause the name BOXING SQUAD had such a positive effect on everyone,
we applied to register it as a trademark,
but the application was rejected by the German Patent and Trademark Office.
We filed a lawsuit against this decision, without legal counsel,
the case was heard in court, and we won!
From that point on, we sporadically produced various products
and sold them out of the trunk of a car.

Now this website is here, and we hope
that BOXING SQUAD will inspire the general public just as much as it has inspired us!
Everyone should be able to identify with BOXING SQUAD.
Because boxing isn’t just done in the ring or at the gym;
sometimes you have to box your way through life itself...
